A company specialized in the production of biocoal, asked us to come-up with a digital platform vision and supporting approach to explore and proof the potential of a decentralized biochar trading platform. Tying the local carbonization, to the global carbon credits economy, holds tremendous value. The peer-to-peer (P2P) digital platform brings these different value chains together.

We successfully pitched our vision and strategic approach, resulting in a formal go to setup a separate entity to further develop the proof-of-concept and underling business model. In my role as manager strategy and business development, I crafted the pitch and presented it to the executive team.
