Museum X-X-X
The approach taken for this bachelor project diverged from the traditional design process. Its primary objective was to explore the unique qualities and potential inherent in physical materials. The project consisted of several distinct assignments aimed at understanding the structural properties of various materials and the beneficial impacts of focusing on such aspects in creating architectural pieces.
Opting to center on concrete, I engaged in designing the museum within a tight three-week timeframe. My focus was on developing prefabricated concrete elements, leveraging the distinctive attributes of concrete to form integral puzzle pieces. Collectively, these elements delineated the primary pathways and exhibition areas of Museum X-X-X in its designated location in Eindhoven.
