i-Buy

The project involved designing, configuring, and implementing the procurement platform Coupa for a global cablecom provider. Previously, each European entity operated its distinct procurement system, lacking visibility into corporate-level indirect spending. Introducing i-Buy through Coupa not only provided this crucial insight but also standardized purchase channels and enabled centralized bargaining power with suppliers.

Coupa was integrated as an overlay onto each local ERP-system. In my capacity, I supported the Solution Architect and took charge of designing and delivering system integrations and associated configurations within the platform. Throughout this project, I operated across Amsterdam, Cologne, and Zurich, fulfilling roles as both Project Manager and Business Analyst. This involved close collaboration with local entities, corporate stakeholders, and diverse development and configuration teams, spanning both offshore and onshore operations.
