Centrum Bridge
The Centrum Bridge program was initiated for a medical technology manufacturer to centralize procurement from 7 European Suppliers in Amsterdam (RHQ NL) and establish a warehouse in Venlo for goods storage and distribution. Previously, these items were shipped to the U.S.A before distribution to warehouses globally. By centralizing European Supplier procurement in Europe, substantial savings could be realized through reduced shipping costs and tax advantages.
My role encompassed two key responsibilities within the project. Firstly, as a source-to-pay (S2P) expert, I designed and formulated the Functional Designs (RICEW components), defining the necessary eBusiness Suite configuration for RHQ NL. Simultaneously, I organized, initiated, and led the Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, which involved designing a framework to ensure dependencies between test scenarios and corresponding test conditions. Additionally, I established and supported the Integration Test Phase (INT) and orchestrated end-to-end testing of the supply chain involving local entities across diverse global locations.
