Onboarding Journey

In collaboration with a colleague, I co-designed and developed an innovative onboarding journey tailored for an educational institution, ensuring a warm and structured welcome for new employees. This journey was meticulously crafted, comprising distinct phases where we introduced novel concepts to unify and enrich the overall experience. Our final output encompassed an implementation blueprint, cost estimates, and a prioritization strategy. The proposal was met with enthusiasm and received approval for immediate implementation.
