NewGen
A major energy company in the Netherlands sought a comprehensive overhaul of its organization, aiming to transition towards a more value-chain-oriented structure (breaking through silos), facilitating digital transformation, and achieving substantial cost efficiencies.
Central to this restructuring was establishing a clear link between employees' current as-is roles and their potential to-be positions. I conceptualized and developed the "mother-of-all-files"-system, allowing meticulous tracking of this transition, including conditions for mirroring and matching roles. Additionally, I orchestrated and streamlined the process for gathering essential input.
Furthermore, I devised the provision-model essential for calculating the necessary budget forecast to finance the reorganization. This model adhered to Dutch legislation and incorporated the applicable social plan, accounting for complexities arising from diverse legal entities and contract types.
Lastly, I provided support to the mobility center, aiding in the tracking and maintenance of the matching process for employees affected by the reorganization
