A global audit and advisory firm is actively strategizing for the future of its workforce, aligning with evolving trends and their overall strategy. They engaged our assistance to delve deeper into specific themes critical to this future workforce through a series of intensive sessions.

I collaborated on designing, developing, and facilitating three in-depth sessions focusing on five key themes: (1) skillsets, (2) career paths, (3) learning & development, (4) benefit structure, and (5) recruitment & flexible workforce. These sessions were highly interactive, incorporating various interventions such as canvasses, "fishbowl" discussions, "cross-the-line" statements, and roadmap-building activities.

The outcomes of these deep-dive sessions yielded valuable insights and novel concepts, offering fresh perspectives on how to approach and structure these thematic elements within the future workforce paradigm.
