Design Sprint Den Haag

The Knowledge and Innovation Department within the municipality of Den Haag sought avenues to generate and validate innovative ideas for enhancing informal care ("mantelzorg") in the city.

In collaboration with Frisse Blikken, we concurrently facilitated two design sprints. Tailoring the design sprint setup to meet the specific needs of the Knowledge and Innovation Department, we organized a three-day workshop. The culmination of this workshop involved presenting the outcomes to an audience comprising government officials, caregivers, and elderly individuals. Both prototypes received positive feedback, garnering enthusiasm and constructive criticism from the audience.
