Balanced Organization
For a large international player providing food, catering, facility, and technical services, we - a team of three - designed the new organizational structure for their Dutch division. Our objectives were to enhance organizational effectiveness and boost profitability.
This restructuring process involved collaborative workshops with various departments, where we jointly crafted the new organizational framework. Working closely with the executive team, we established objectives for cost reduction and pinpointed areas for improvement within this new structure. The result of this project was a detailed report, supported by an extensive Excel document, which comprehensively addressed every facet of the revamped organizational structure.
In my role as business consultant, I was responsible for organizing and leading many of these workshops. My role also entailed performing data analysis to monitor our progress towards our objectives and acted as a co-author of the final report. Due to the confidential nature of this project, I am unable to disclose further details.
