Abu Dhabi - DoT

The Department of Municipalities and Transportation (D.M.T.) in Abu Dhabi faced challenges manually visualizing transport data, leading to incoherent representations and information overload. CLEVER°FRANKE and partner Pixonal collaborated to develop Birdseye, a tool aimed at easily exploring and visualizing complex datasets and predictive models. Adopted government-wide, Birdseye has facilitated strategic decision-making, contributing to the transformation of Abu Dhabi into a more expansive, accessible, and efficient city.

As project manager, I facilitated connections among various stakeholders, ensuring diverse perspectives and aspirations were integrated into the ultimate deliverable. The project commenced with a kickoff workshop in Abu Dhabi, aligning on the envisioned outcome and roadmap. Through multiple iterations, we delved into the realm of transport data, traffic analytics, and predictive modeling, crafting an encompassing vision and product design for Birdseye.
