LEGO Serious Play

As part of a larger project for a private bank in Liechtenstein, I was asked to prepare and facilitate a creative workshop leveraging the LEGO Serious Play methodology. The goal of the workshop was to enable the participants to explore what the future of private banking and reporting could look like. In addition, it helped the team to adopt a shared design language, get inspired, and have constructive reflections on each-others ideas.

The LEGO Serious Play method offers several advantages. It promotes equality among participants, encourages unconventional thinking, transforms abstract ideas into concrete models, and ensures everyone has a voice. Through a series of carefully designed challenges, we delved into diverse perspectives and strategies, all linked to the project's overarching objectives.

The outcome was an impressive array of LEGO models, each embodying valuable insights, reflections, and discussions. This engaging and enjoyable process significantly strengthened the bond between the private bank's team and our CLEVER°FRANKE team, highlighting the power of collaborative creativity.
